Voni K (& Friends)

Voni sings with Anchorage musicians (piano and vocals, or jazz-style combo of piano, bass and drums, (sometimes with a saxophone or guitar player).  They are available to play for gigs, festivals, weddings and any other private or business events.  Voni and her jazz combo recently recorded their first CD "So Nice".

Audiences enjoy the hip, upbeat jazzy vibe of American Songbook favorites:  swing tunes, ballads, sambas and blues.  Voni is also working on honing a few dozen of her original songs to perform as her next project.

Some of Voni’s favorite singers are Louie Armstrong, Sarah Vaughan, Nat King Cole, Chet Baker, Anita O’Day and Diana Krall.
